Minerals Species: Quartz var. Amethyst and Milky.
Location of mineral deposit: Eastman Quarry, Deer Hill, Stow, Oxford County, Maine.
Description: Doubly-terminated medium purple amethyst quartz crystals 50 mm long with smaller milky quartz crystals up to 6 mm long intersecting the terminations. Good color and luster for this locality. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x5x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-50 mm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
