Minerals Species: Diamond (3.98 carat yellow intergrown macle crystals).
Location of mineral deposit: Northern Cape Province, South Africa.
Description: Two twinned diamond crystals with glassy crystal faces and transparent yellow color. The diamond crystals are Spinel-law twinned on the {111} plane, often called a Macle Diamond in the trade. Internally there are a few small gray inclusions. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 11x7x7 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 7-8 mm.
Price: $2185 net (plus shipping).
