Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 41966:

Minerals Species: Dioptase.
Location of mineral deposit: Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia.
Description: Large single crystal of emerald-green dioptase with no matrix attached and a few smaller crystals around the edges. The corners of the crystal are transparent, the centers have cloudy zones that appear to made of minute negative cavities or bubbles. No damage. Ex. Robert C. Lambert #117; ex. Zweibels in 1983.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 26x19x15 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 2-26 mm.
Price: $650 net (plus shipping).
