Location of mineral deposit: Bou Skour Mine, Ouarzazate, Morocco. (This is the Type Locality for the mineral *) Click here to see other minerals from Type localities.
Description: Pale-green acicular agardite crystals in rosettes to 0.5 mm across on limonite-stained quartz with minor dark-blue azurite crystals to 2 mm. The agardite crystals are throughout the specimen and are best viewed with magnification. No damage. ex. Joseph J. Urban (1915-1997); ex. Dr. H.-J. Wike & Sohne.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4.5x4x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: micro.
