Minerals Species: Wöhlerite* and Ferro-edenite var. Barkevikite.
Location of mineral deposit: Langesundsfjorden, Sandoya Island, Porsgrunn, Norway. (This is the Type Locality for the mineral *) Click here to see other minerals from Type localities.
Description: Transparent yellow wöhlerite crystals embedded in pink feldspar and black mica matrix with black ferro-edenite. ex. Joseph J. Urban (1915-1997); collected by G. Jung in 1973.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x5x3.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-3 mm.
