Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 44913:

Minerals Species: Chrysocolla pseudomorph after Malachite.
Location of mineral deposit: Planet Mine, La Paz County, Arizona.
Description: Blue to green chrysocolla pseudomorphs after tapered malachite crystals up to 6 mm long. On one edge the interior of the pseudomorphs are exposed showing the chrysocolla completely replaced the malachite. Looks beautiful under magnification. Most crystals are complete and undamaged, but a few crystals are incomplete. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x3x2 cm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 5 mm pseudos.
Price: $75 (plus shipping).
