Minerals Species: Tarbuttite.
Location of mineral deposit: Kabwe (Broken Hill), Central Province, Zambia (formerly Southern Rhodesia). (This is the Type Locality for the mineral *) Click here to see other minerals from Type localities.
Description: Rich specimen covered completely on one face with transparent lustrous tarbuttite crystals. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, minute edge chipping is visible under 20x magnification. ex. Joseph J. Urban (1915-1997).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x4.5x3.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-3 mm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
