Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 45116:

Minerals Species: Hematite and Rutile.
Location of mineral deposit: Ibitiara, Bahia, Brazil.
Description: Large flat metallic rutile crystal 42 mm across with golden-metallic rutile crystals included in the hematite on one face of the crystal. The outer edges of the hematite crystal show well defined crystal faces. Both sides are highly lustrous. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear. Ex. R. Theodore Hurr collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 42x35x5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-42 mm.
Price: $75 (plus shipping).
