Minerals Species: Rutile.
Location of mineral deposit: Diamantina, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Description: Translucent dark-red rutile crystals in in complex aggregates of parallel crystals with exceptionally lustrous surfaces. The rutile crystals are completely crystallized front and rear with only a small attachment point on one edge. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 24x16x8 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-4 mm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
