Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 45527:

Minerals Species: Cassiterite and Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Cínovec, Zinnwald District, Bohemia, Czech Republic.
Description: Large crystals of lustrous black cassiterite to 15 mm across with translucent quartz crystals to 5 mm running through the middle. Many of the cassiterite crystals are twinned. The bottom was sawn to remove excess matrix without damage. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 24x17x12 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-15 mm.
Price: $55 (plus shipping).
