Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 45798:

Minerals Species: Pyrite on Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Millington Quarry, Millington, Somerset County, New Jersey.
Description: Small section of a quartz-lined cavity with bright yellow-metallic cubic pyrite crystals to 6.5 mm across. Pyrite is an uncommon mineral in the zeolite cavities of New Jersey, and this crystal is the largest I ever collected here. No damage. Personally collected in 1992.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x1.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-6.5 mm.
Price: $55 (plus shipping).
