Minerals Species: Fluorite on Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Weardale, County Durham, England.
Description: Superb specimen of pink cubic crystals of fluorite to 13 mm on colorless quartz crystals to 8 mm. The fluorite fluoresces violet under UV and has partial coating of green chlorite and quartz micro crystals. Most crystals are undamaged, but one crystal has a cleaved corner.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x7x2.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 13 mm.
Price: $400 net (plus shipping).
