Minerals Species: Celestine with Fluorite inclusions.
Location of mineral deposit: Dundas, Ontario, Canada.
Description: Parallel formation of translucent blue celestine (celestite) crystals with whitish terminations. The bases of the celestine crystals have a lilac-purple color due to microscopic fluorite inclusions. No damage to the crystals on the front of the specimen, but the rear shows minor damage. From my personal collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 13x6x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 4-12 cm.
Price: $175 (plus shipping).
