Minerals Species: Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Tamminen Quarry, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine.
Description: Double-sided plate of milky quartz crystals with one side having large lustrous crystal in groups parallel crystals. Four of the quartz crystals are reverse-scepter formations. This quarry is now water-filled and no longer being worked. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. From my personal collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x5x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-20 mm.
Price: $225 (plus shipping).
