Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 45991:

Minerals Species: Apophyllite-(KF) on stalactitic Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.
Description: Several slender translucent gray quartz stalactitic formations up to 16 cm long overgrown with highly lustrous transparent colorless apophyllite crystals to 12 mm long. The quartz probably grew over slender single crystals of another mineral. No damage. From my personal collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 21x5.5x2.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-12 mm.
Price: $400 net (plus shipping).
