Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 46181:

Minerals Species: Fluorite.
Location of mineral deposit: Naica Mining District, Saucillo, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Description: Transparent purple fluorite crystals with cubic crystal form and crystal surfaces composed of smaller parallel cubic faces. A cavity on the rear inciates the fluorite grew on a blade of calcite that dissolved away. No damage to the crystals on the front of the specimen, but the rear shows minor damage. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6.5x4x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 24-33 mm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
