Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 46193:

Minerals Species: Prehnite pseudomorphs after Anhydrite.
Location of mineral deposit: Prospect Park Quarry, Prospect Park, Passaic County, New Jersey.
Description: Translucent green prehnite epimorphs after bladed rhombohedral anhydrite crystals to 28 mm. The anhydrite formed first, was overgrown with 3-5 mm prehnite crystals, then the anhydrite dissolved leaving thin, hollow cavities visible on the bottom. No damage. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 10x5x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 2-4 mm, 10-28 mm pseudos.
Price: $85 (plus shipping).
