Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 46336:

Minerals Species: Prehnite with Apophyllite-(KF).
Location of mineral deposit: Silliman Quarry, Southbury, New Haven County, Connecticut.
Description: Double-sided cluster of botryoidal translucent green prehnite crystals to 4 mm with sparkling coating on the top of transparent colorless apophyllite crystals to 1 mm. Where the apophyllite microcrystals have flaked off the green prehnite is visible. No damage. From my personal collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.2-4.0 mm.
Price: $48 (plus shipping).
