Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 46350:

Minerals Species: Spinel with Chondrodite.
Location of mineral deposit: Amity, Orange County, New York.
Description: Octahedral green-gray spinel crystals on orange-brown chondrodite. The spinel is completely crystallized on all surfaces and some faces have overgrowth of smaller spinel crystals. The spinel has many subsurface fractures but the faces are smooth. No damage. From my personal collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 3x3x2.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-22 mm.
Price: $75 (plus shipping).
