Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 46354:

Minerals Species: Calcite on Prehnite-Datolite.
Location of mineral deposit: Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey.
Description: Lustrous translucent colorless rhombohedral calcite crystals to 5 mm across crystallized over a core of pale-green prehnite-datolite. Most of the crystals are complete and undamaged, but a few around the periphery are incomplete. Personally collected in October 1993.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x4x3.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-5 mm.
Price: $28 (plus shipping).
