Minerals Species: Kinoite with Apophyllite-(KF).
Location of mineral deposit: Christmas Mine, Banner District, Gila County, Arizona.
Description: Deep-blue translucent kinoite crystals up to 0.5 mm completely overgrown with transparent colorless apophyllite crystals up to 1.5 mm across on one face of matrix. The kinoite is visible beneath the transparent apophyllite. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 24x20x19 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.2-1.5 mm.
Price: $25 (plus shipping).
