Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 71532:

Minerals Species: Arfvedsonite (rare terminated crystals).
Location of mineral deposit: Hurricane Mountain, east of Intervale, Carroll County, New Hampshire.
Description: Three interconnected parallel arfvedsonite crystals with no matrix attached and minor golden-brown astrophyllite on the rear. The arfvedsonite crystals have complex terminations. Terminated arfvedsonite from Hurricane Mountain is rare. No damage. Ex. Tom Penney collection, collected in the 1960s-70s.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 24x6x10 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 18-22 mm
Price: $65 (plus shipping).
