Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 71745:

Minerals Species: Orthoclase var. Adularia with minor Chlorite.
Location of mineral deposit: Val Nalps, Tujetsch, Graubünden, Switzerland.
Description: Parallel group of doubly terminated transparent-to-translucent colorless adularia crystals, the low temperature variety of orthoclase feldspar, with minor green chlorite microcrystals in crevices. Complete and undamaged except the contact where it was formerly attached to surrounding matrix. Collected ca. 1980.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 34x18x11 mm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 34 mm
Price: $22 (plus shipping).
