| Mineral Species: Mesolite over Stilbite. Location of origin: Pune District, Maharashtra, India. Description: Unusually large cluster of lustrous transparent colorless needle-like mesolite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 40 mm over bladed colorless stilbite crystals to 12 mm on brown basalt. The mesolite cluster displays well horizontally and vertically. Though the crystals are clean and in good condition, a few show damage upon close inspection, but they are minor compared to the relative size of the specimen. From my personal collection #798; ex.
