| Mineral Species: Azurite on sulfide-rich matrix. Location of mineral deposit: Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia. Description: Sparkling cluster of lustrous transparent blue azurite crystals on the face of greenish sulfide-rich matrix. The azurite crystals have excellent transparency which makes the blue color very prominent, not like common nearly black azurite crystals. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Ex. Marshall Sussman in 2014. Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x6.5x4 cm.
