Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 76604:

Mineral Species: Heulandite on Quartz with Calcite.
Location of origin: Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey.
Description: Large lustrous translucent colorless heulandite crystals to 25 mm in aggregates to 45 mm of subparallel crystals on the top edge of a cavity lined with lustrous transparent quartz crystals to 3 mm with pseudocubic colorless calcite crystal to 5 mm. The heulandite groups separated during collecting and were restored to position with glue. Collected July 1995.
Overall size: 9x8.5x5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-25 mm
Price: $55 (plus shipping).
