Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 81852:

Mineral Species: Wulfenite with Hemimorphite coating.
Location of origin: Finch Mine, north of Hayden, Banner District, Gila County, Arizona.
Description: Translucent orange wulfenite crystals to 3.5 mm coated with translucent blue-gray hemimorphite microcrystals on gray matrix. The orange wulfenite crystals are easily visible beneath the hemimorphite coating. No damage. Ex. Miller collection T3306; ex. Betts #77070; from my personal collection; collected in 1995. For locality info see: The Finch Mine and Vicinity, Gila County, Arizona in Mineralogical Record v.26 #5.
Overall size: 21x20x10 mm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 3.5 mm
Price: $18 (plus shipping).
