| Mineral Species: Azurite. Location of origin: Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia. Description: Lustrous translucent dark-blue azurite crystals in parallel orientation with remnants of brown gossan in some crevices. The azurite crystals are fully crystallized front and rear. The specimen formed in a cavity with many crystals intersecting in all directions. Most crystals are complete except in areas where they intersected adjacent crystals in the cavity. Ex.
