Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 81955:

Mineral Species: Fluorapatite.
Location of origin: Furka Tunnel, Wallis (Valais), Switzerland.
Description: Lustrous flattened transparent-to-translucent pale-pink fluorapatite partial crystals with beveled edge faces. The fluorapatite fluoresces bright pink-white under UV illumination. Scattered damage to the crystal edges throughout. Ex. Miller collection T2850; ex. Betts #66346.
Overall size: 21x21x30 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 4-12 mm
Price: $15 (plus shipping).
