Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 82253:

Mineral Species: Apophyllite on Pectolite.
Location of origin: Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey.
Description: Lustrous transparent colorless rectangular apophyllite crystals to 1 mm over fibrous white pectolite crystals in spherical aggregates to 15 mm diameter. The surface fluoresces orange under longwave ultraviolet illumination. No damage. Ex. Miller collection T742; ex. Betts #71878; collected by Kurt Hennig.
Overall size: 21x15x13 mm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 7 mm
Price: $32 (plus shipping).
