Description of Mineral Specimen for sale No. 82602:

Mineral Species: Vanadinite.
Location of origin: Mibladen, Haute Moulouya Basin, Zeida-Aouli-Mibladen belt, Midelt Province, Morocco.
Description: Lustrous translucent red vanadinite crystals on brown matrix. The vanadinite crystals are tabular hexagonal form with large flat basal pinacoid termination faces. Though the crystal faces are clean and in good condition, a few show damage upon close inspection, but they are minor compared to the relative size of the specimen. Ex. Miller collection T1358.
Overall size: 25x20x12 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.5-8.0 mm
Price: $30 (plus shipping).
