Locality:Burrillville, Providence County, Rhode Island
Description:Pale amethyst crystal overgrowth on milky quartz core found in glacial till in rural Rhode Island. The amethyst has many parallel faces and dull surface luster. Good condition, only minor damage on the bottom.
