Description:Brown rectangular cordierite crystals in matrix. These crystals are not gemmy enough to be called iolite, but they are from the same famous find in New Hampshire. See: Gemstones of New Hampshire (Rocks and Minerals, July/Aug., 1990). Ex. A. Stevenson (1916-2007) collection #868
