Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Parallel formation of colorless, rhombic calcite crystals on red (chert?) matrix. The calcite is very translucent and the contrast against the red matrix is very aesthetic. No apparent damage. Fluoresces orange under UV illumination.
