Description: | Core of colorless quartz crystals up to 2 mm overgrown with dark purple fluorite crystals up to 12 mm. Scattered druzy quartz coats the fluorite. Minor galena and sphalerite on back side. Fully crystallized front and back. Originally acquired in 1962. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #B97 |
