Locality:Monok, Zemplen Mountains, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplen, Hungary
Description:Transparent nodules of colorless hyalite opal nestled in pockets in matrix. Under magnification these are seen to be glassy and flawless. Fluoresces bright green under UV illumination. One of the best of the specimens I have available.
