Locality:Tilly Foster Iron Mine, near Brewster, Putnam County, New York
Description:White, foliated brucite covering on side of the specimen with massive, orange chondrodite and green clinochlore crystals to 8 mm in colorless calcite matrix. Sullivan purchased the specimen from Jim McKeen, who collected it ca. 1938. Ex. Earle C. Sullivan (1906-2005), author of History and Minerals of Old Mine Park, Trumbull, Ct.
