Mineral:Fluorite with Calcite
Locality:Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Translucent yellow fluorite crystal with elongated, white calcite crystals grown on the surface. The fluorite is a corner of a cubic crystal and has areas with faint purple color. Purchased in 1976 from Ben Clements (with original letter). Ex. Ben Clement
