Description: | Old specimen of mimetite crystals in the center of quartz matrix. The mimetite crystals are lustrous and have curved crystal faces. Color varies from yellow-orange to gray-brown. Great old specimen with old label - Ex. Westtown School (West Chester, Pa.) Collection no. 7500, donated by Walter M. and Alfred B. Jones (1843-?). |
