Description: | Plate of gray smoky quartz crystals up to 15 mm with scattered hematite crystals up to 2 mm. The quartz are dipyramidal form with very short prism faces - known as Cumberland habit. See article: The Cumberland Habit in Rocks and Minerals, May/June 2003. From old collection ca. 1890 |
