Mineral:Quartz with Barite
Locality:Cumbria, England
Description:Domed formation of yellow-brown quartz crystals up to 7 mm with a small rosette of bladed barite crystals up to 2 mm. The bottom has a hollow cast (after barite?). Minor damage visible under magnification. From old collection ca. 1890
