Description: | Unusual formation of quartz crystals that have been partially dissolved by the hot water in the springs leaving a rounded, egg-shaped formation with partial quartz crystals on the side. I have never seen a similar specimen. Acquired circa 1950. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970) |
