Description: | Large crystal of lustrous, red-orange essonite garnet with minor white calcite. If truly from Raymond, instead of nearby Casco, then this is very large for the locality. Number on the bottom indicates the specimen was in the Amherst College collection. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970) |
