Description: | Beautiful crystals of gemmy, yellow-brown vesuvianite mixed with green diopside. The vesuvianite is so translucent, that it first looked like grossular garnet. But the elongated crystals with striated sides made the identification of vesuvianite certain. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970) |
