Mineral:Spessartine Garnet with Smoky Quartz
Locality:Tongbei-Yunling District, Fujian Province, China
Description:Translucent orange spessartine garnets (up to 20 mm!) with dark gray smoky quartz crystals up to 15 mm on white microcline matrix. A good specimen, clean and well prepared with minimum of imperfections. Bottom sawn flat to display well without support.
