Locality:San Juan de Rayas Mine, 270 Level, Guanajuato, Mexico
Description:Plate of purple amethyst quartz with crystal up to 10 mm. Overgrown on the amethyst are white calcite crystals up to 17 mm. The calcite fluoresces orange under UV illumination.
