Locality:Pugh Quarry, 6 km NNW of Custar, Wood County, Ohio
Description:Limestone matrix with two shallow cavities lined with two generations of transparent fluorite. The first generation are golden-brown color, the latter are water-clear, colorless crystals. Fluoresces white under UV illumination.
