Description: | Rhombic crystals of colorless calcite up to 10 mm on the surface, and nestled between, thin crusts of white dolomite. The dolomite formed over an earlier generation of calcite, leaving impressions of crystal faces in the dolomite. Ex. Eric Louw collection |
