Locality:Mashamba West Mine, 13 km west of Kolwezi, Katanga Copperbelt, Lualaba Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Description:Several crystals of dark-red cuprite in bright blue-green chrysocolla matrix. The cuprite crystals are octahedral form. All crystals appear to be complete and undamaged, though several have contacts where they intersected adjacent crystals.
