Locality:Blackdene Mine, Ireshopeburn, Weardale, County Durham, England
Description:Large plate of crystallized, tan-colored barite with surfaces of thin, platy crystals. Overgrown on the barite are white dolomite crystals and glassy, transparent quartz crystals. Clean and undamaged. Ex. Sidebottom collection #47
